The visa extension requires some documents and the exchange students can contact the Cooperation Office. We will assist them,” declared Satrio.

For instance, the people love sitting on the floor. To know other habits, they have to interact with not only students but also other people,” asserted Damas.

He also expected that the students could adjust to environment in Yogyakarta soon. “Therefore, they can learn and promote culture of Yogyakarta in their home country. Indeed, they can enhance their capability,” hoped Damas.

Additionally, the students were happy for having the induction program. One of the exchange students from Thailand Sofia Umaji said, “Indonesian students are kind, but they often do their homework in the last minutes. The induction program helps us to be familiar with UMY and Yogyakarta.”
