Indonesia Robot Contest (KRI) 2018 is a huge robot contest participated by winners of four regional robot contests. Thousands of spectators are predicted to see the contest. To enliven the KRI 2018, the committee also organize a bazaar ‘EXPO KRI 2018’.

In an interview on Saturday (7/7) Head of Secretariat Division of the KRI 2015 Rr. Sri Handari W., S.E., M.Sc. informed that there are 17 booths at the east of Sportorium of Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta (UMY). The EXPO is conducted on 11-13 July 2018 and offers various types of food and accessories. The bazaar participants are sellers of food, beverages, and accessories. Some of them also sponsors and students supervised by Student Entrepreneurship and Business Incubator (SEBI) of UMY. Besides culinary delights, official merchandise of KRI 2018 such as t-shirts, key chains, books, and hats is offered at the EXPO.

Additionally, Local Government (Pemkab) of Bantul and the Army (TNI AD) will participate in the EXPO. Pemkab of Bantul provides typical crafts from Bantul, while the TNI AD exhibits robots commonly used by them.

Indeed, visitors can also enjoy their meal at the EXPO since they are not allowed to bring food and beverages at the KRI venue.
